The Choir at Lady St Mary Church, Wareham

There is a four part choir, affiliated to the The Royal School of Church Music, which leads the music at Sunday Eucharist.  The settings are mainly congregational and are varied at different seasons in the year.  Hymns are chosen from ‘Ancient and Modern’ the new edition published in 2013. Communion anthems are normally sung on two Sundays each month.  Accompaniment is usually provided by the fine Maley, Young and Oldknow 3 manual organ and a small instrumental group supports the music on the 2nd Sunday each month.
