• Welcome to Wareham's Church of England Family Website

We hope that you find this site full of useful information, whether you attend worship regularly, are just visiting or looking for a new place to worship.

Wareham is known as the gateway to the Isle of Purbeck.  However the parish not only includes the town but its surrounding villages and hamlets.  There are five churches of varying sizes with assorted worship traditions, ranging from totally informal to liturgical services from the Book of Common Prayer and Common Worship.

We are proud to be part of the Wareham Church Family and seek to reach out to all our parishioners with God’s love, being led by the Holy Spirit. All that we do is undergirded with prayer and a desire to please God and reflect his glory to the world around.  And whenever possible we join with the other town churches to reach out.

We hope that you will find this site full of useful information, whether you attend worship regularly, are just visiting or are looking for a new church.  A warm welcome is assured from each of them.  So which ever service you choose to attend, we look forward to meeting you.
