Holiday Club

Holiday club is usually on during one of the weeks of the school summer holidays and is great fun!  They are usually based on Scripture Union resources especially written for children.  The Leadership team and helpers come from across all the Wareham churches.  For further information about the Holiday Club, please contact the Parish Office or keep an eye on the website.

Xplode has really exploded!  Now running at lunch time twice a week in Sandford Primary and as an after school club in Stoborough Primary.  Between the three current groups we have over 60 children on register.

Wareham Parent and Toddler Group

We meet in the Parish Hall each Thursday morning from 10am until 11.30am (term time only).  Our activities include free play, craft work, snack time with fruit, biscuits and drinks for the children and coffee and biscuits for the parents and to end the morning we gather together for a singing time and sometimes a story. During our song time we include some Christian songs for the very young.  We are very lucky to have some members of the Mothers’ Union and one or two other church ladies who come and prepare the coffee and snacks for us. This is a lovely way also of bringing the generations together. We occasionally take our families into Lady St Mary Church for special celebrations, go on outings during the summer, have a party for the children at Christmas and have the occasional social evening just for the parents!  For more information about the Parent and Toddler group, please contact the Parish Office.
